Per gli espositori che allestiscono in proprio è fatto obbligo presentare l’apposito formulario/regolamento debitamente compilato entro il 28 Aprile 2021, al fine di ottenere i necessari permessi per l’allestimento. Non verrà consentito l’allestimento agli allestitori che non hanno presentato entro il 17 Aprile la documentazione necessaria per il rilascio del permesso. Lo smontaggio degli stand allestiti in proprio su superficie libera deve avvenire esclusivamente nella giornata di domenica 30 Maggio dalle ore 15:00 alle ore 20:00 e lunedì 31 Maggio dalle 8:00 alle 19:00.

The residual material (brochures, catalogs, gadgets) must be left packed at your stand and with the shipping address affixed.
