Per gli espositori che allestiscono in proprio è fatto obbligo presentare l’apposito formulario/regolamento debitamente compilato entro il 18 febbraio 2018, al fine di ottenere i necessari permessi per l’allestimento. Non verrà consentito l’allestimento agli allestitori che non hanno presentato entro il 18 febbraio la documentazione necessaria per il rilascio del permesso. Lo smontaggio degli stand allestiti in proprio su superficie libera deve avvenire esclusivamente nella giornata di domenica 22 marzo dalle ore 18:00 alle ore 20:00 e lunedì 23 marzo dalle 8:00 alle 20:00.
