Exhibitors who participate in the event are entitled to an ad hoc fare to Naples.

Yes, insurance is compulsory for fire and theft.

Access to BMT restaurant is only open to exhibitors and participants in the workshop, any request for additional good meal you can pay upon presentation by requesting the appropriate form or organizing secretary in the days of the fair, however limited to the availability of places in sit down.

The hotel reservation can be changed no later than 02/17/2021.

The exhibition material must be sent to BMT - Mostra d’Oltremare v.le Kennedy, 54 snc 80125 Naples, indicating on each package company, pavilion and number of stands. Any wall posters billboards can be put up with drawing pins, tacks and / or chains and hooks in your care.

For exhibitors who set up on their own, it is mandatory to submit the appropriate form / regulation duly completed by February 17, 2021, in order to obtain the necessary permits for setting up. Staging will not be allowed to fitters who have not submitted the necessary documentation to issue the permit by 17 February. The dismantling of the stands set up on their own on a free surface must take place exclusively on Sunday 22 March from 15:00 to 20:00 and Monday 23 March from 8:00 to 19:00.

The residual material (brochures, catalogs, gadgets) will be left packed at your stand and affixed to the shipping address. If you are unable to take away on Sunday 22 March in the fair closing objects "dedicated" (computers, projectors, etc ..) these must be delivered to the organization's staff.

The stands must be completely emptied before 12:00 on Monday 23 March. After this time the material will be considered abandoned.

The customization of the pre-fitted stands must take place on March 18, 2021 from 12.00 to 19.00.

The badges requested by February 19, 2021 can be collected at the fair from the organizing secretary on Thursday March 19 from 11:00 to 18:00.
